This 12-week journey brings together three experienced instructors, each with a distinct background in yoga, strength, and mindful movement, giving you access to three perspectives, three styles, and one unified support system.

You’ll move, learn, and grow with a team that adapts to you: if you have injuries, questions, or challenges, we’ll adjust your plan so it works for your body and lifestyle.

Entirely online, the program is designed to fit seamlessly into busy schedules while still offering in-person events on the island for deeper connection.

Our community space keeps you inspired daily, and weekly check-in calls with your coach help you stay consistent and supported every step of the way.

Beyond movement, we integrate mindset tools and nourishing recipes to help you build sustainable habits for both body and mind; because real transformation goes beyond the workout.

Montana

Montana is a Caymanian NASM-certified personal trainer with over six years of experience and a passion for promoting strength training, especially for women, to support long-term independence and overall health. After a decade on her own wellness journey, she understands the ups and downs of striving to feel your healthiest and most whole self. Her focus on nutrition and strength training in her own life has supported her in surfing and hiking around the world. In 2022, she founded MELT Wellness, combining her expertise in fitness, nutrition, and life coaching to offer a well-rounded approach that helps clients reach their goals and create lasting change from within.

Polly

Polly has been teaching yoga for 4 years, she is 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trained (YTT), Jivamukti 75 hour YTT and has completed multiple trainings’ in physiology, adjustments & biomechanics. 

Polly is a passionate surfer and freediver - the ocean is a place she finds real peace.  Known for her dynamic, student-centred teaching style with classes that blend flow, strength, and presence - Polly teaches Yoga to facilitate real connection with oneself, others and the natural world.

Sarah

Sarah has been teaching yoga since 2017, she is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher and holistic health coach with a passion for movement, mindfulness, and nutrition. She completed her yoga trainings in India and has shared her practice around the world before finding home in the Cayman Islands. Her classes combine mindful movement, strength, and recovery, inspired by her own love for running and cycling. Sarah also leads corporate wellness programs and one-to-one coaching, guiding others toward a balanced, whole-body approach to well-being.

How long is the program?

The program runs for 12 weeks. You’ll have access for 6 months so you can revisit sessions anytime.

How are the 12 weeks structured?

Our 12-week program is thoughtfully structured into three progressive months. Each month introduces a new set of classes that you’ll repeat weekly - including two strength workouts, one power yoga flow, one mobility or restore yoga session, and one mat Pilates class. In the first month, you’ll repeat the same sessions for four weeks before moving on to new ones.

While constantly changing workouts may seem exciting, real results come from repetition. When you revisit the same movements each week, your body learns to move more efficiently, your form improves, and your strength and confidence grow. This approach mirrors traditional training principles - like strength programs that build over several weeks - and the wisdom of Ashtanga yoga, a practice celebrated for its consistent sequence that cultivates discipline, awareness, and deep mind-body connection. By blending modern fitness science with timeless yogic philosophy, this structure helps you truly embody your practice; not just perform it.

Who is this program for?

This program is for anyone who wants to feel stronger, more grounded, and energized - without extremes! Whether you’re a beginner or returning to movement, you’ll find a pace that feels right for you.

What if I'm a beginner at the gym/yoga/Pilates?

Beginners are welcome! With helpful cues, how-to videos, movement modifications, and coach-led workout sessions (all pre-recorded and repeatable), you'll have all the information and support you need to comfortably and confidently move through this program. All three coaches will be available to answer any additional questions you have while going through the program.

Do I need any equipment?

To get the most out of this program, we do recommend having a small amount of equipment, although it isn't absolutely necessary. For the Pilates and yoga flows, a yoga mat and yoga blocks (or a thick book) is all you need. For the strength training sessions, it will depend on whether you will be training at a gym or at home. The average gym will be fully equipped. If you are training at home, some small dumbbells or a set of resistance bands will be sufficient.

How long are the sessions?

The pre-recorded Pilates and yoga sessions vary between 30, 45, and 60 minutes. Strength sessions will depend on your own pace during the workout, but are designed to take about 60 minutes.

Why incorporate yoga, strength training, and Pilates into one program?

Everyone is going to have their preferred method of training, but we feel it’s important to understand the benefits of practicing different forms of movement that complement each other and support you in living a healthy lifestyle, less prone to injury and imbalances. This isn’t about following a trend that we see on social media or fitting into an aesthetic that is oftentimes sold to us by these industries. This is about training in ways that have been tried and true for decades, that have been scientifically proven to support people in living longer and healthier lives, and should absolutely have their place in a well balanced exercise and mindfulness routine.

What are the benefits of yoga, strength training, and Pilates?

Yoga improves flexibility, balance, and joint mobility while enhancing mind-body connection and stress management through mindfulness and breathing. It’s also a great way to promote recovery and help prevent injuries by reducing muscle tension. 

Strength training builds muscle, power, and endurance while increasing metabolism and bone density. Another plus is how it improves posture, stability, and functional fitness for daily activities and life-long self-sufficiency. 

Pilates strengthens the core and improves postural alignment, stability, and body awareness by focusing on controlled movement and breath coordination. 

When combined, you’ll develop strength, flexibility, and control - the key for optimal fitness. You’ll also reduce your risk of overuse injuries through cross-training and support overall body balance.

What results can I expect?

This program is not built on aesthetics, quick fixes, or the promise of visible transformation. It's about deepening your relationship with movement and yourself. Over 12 weeks, you can expect to feel more grounded, strong, and connected to your body while improving mobility, balance, and energy, along with a calmer, more centered mind. While it is completely possible to experience transformation in appearance, the true results unfold in how you feel

Will there be any support or check-ins?

Yes! You’ll have access to a supportive community space where you can connect, ask questions, and share progress. Weekly 1:1 coaching calls are also available for deeper support (included in the price).

Do I need to follow a specific diet?

No! This is not a restrictive program. We’ll share balanced nutrition guidance, mindset tools and recipe ideas that complement your lifestyle rather than overhaul it.

Who created this program and why?

ELEVATE was created by the three coaches behind this program: Polly, Montana, and Sarah. Meeting in the beginning of 2024, we became close friends very quickly, bonding through our mutual passion for movement, physical and emotional wellness, and the desire to grow and become healthier and happier humans, while coaching and supporting others to do the same. As our similarities brought us together, our differences in movement practices and life backgrounds allowed us to learn from and inspire each other to new heights. As coaches, we love connecting with individuals who are searching for that same inspiration and growth. We asked ourselves - "How can we support more people on their journey of self-development, offering a different perspective from most programs out there?" That's when ELEVATE was born. In a world where we are constantly pressured to conform, perform, and self-optimize, we wanted to create a program that invited people to slow down, listen in, reflect, and connect with movement in a different way - not as a means to an end, but as a life-long sustainable habit that has so much more to offer than just aesthetics. 

What makes this program different?

It’s not about “more workouts”, it’s about balance, connection, and sustainability. You’ll learn to move with intention, support your body through mindful practices, and create routines you’ll actually want to keep. A lot of our clients and students lead a busy life. While they know how important it is to move and include exercise (and experience the positive benefits in their own body), their busy life makes it very hard to make it to in-person classes on a regular basis. That's when we had the idea to pre-record our classes and make them available online, so they are accessible anytime.

At the same time, we wanted this program to be so much more than another online offering. With so many programs and free videos out there, we wanted to create something more personal - while still giving you the freedom to move anytime, anywhere. This experience blends online and offline movement classes and events, as well as movement and coaching, to bring the best of both worlds together. We’ll be with you every step of the way - answering your questions, keeping you accountable, and checking in on your progress so you always feel supported.
